Muffins (makes 12) - Ingredients : 2 eggs, 1/2 cups of water, 3 Tbsp of Butter or oil (Grapeseed, coconut or vegetables), 2 tsp of Vanilla. - 1. Heat oven to 350F (177C) 2. Whisk eggs, water, oil and vanilla in a large bowl. Add baking mix and whisk until well blended. 3. Spoon batter into 12 lightly greased or paper-lined muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full. 4. Bake 15 -20 minutes or until a tookpick comes out clean. If using paper liners, cool completely before eating to prevent muffins fro sticking to paper. - Save for another day! Our mixes don't contain any preservatives, so once made, store your treats in the fridge or freezer.
