Pancake (size 4" (10 cm) 4 pancakes) - Ingredients : 1/2 cup of mix, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp of milk or water, 2 tsp of oil (coconut or vegetables) 1. Whisk eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended. 2. Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle, using 2 Tbsp batter for each pancake. Cook until edges are dry, turn and brown other side. ----- Waffle size 4" (10 cm) 4 waffles - Ingredients : (size 4" (10 cm) 4 pancakes - 1/2 cup of mix, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp of milk or water, 2 tsp of oil (coconut or vegetables)) 1. Preheat waffle iron on high heat setting 2. Whisk eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended. 3. Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron. 4.
