It is a part of American traditional foods to celebrate the occasion. we have different variations on the stuffing for turkey at each home, and each family made their own recipes through years.
It is basically stuffing in the belly of turkey (big hole) which the gut was already taken out. This is typical recipe, and Added "Gluten Free choice".
1. Ready for "Gluten Free stuffing" (ready made like croutons with alternative ingredients instead of wheat flour) or cut out "Gluten Free bread" to small cube, and dried out to create gluten free stuffing. 2. Mix saute above with gluten free stuffing to make it simmer to absorb the juice from saute. 3. Turkey (15Lb, 6.8Kg) - put lemon juice, herbs - rosemary, thyme, sage on turkey. Put entire stuffing inside of turkey's belly. 4. Heat up the oven to 350F (177C). Bake turkey for 4 hours. (4Lb for 1 hour image) Once turkey is done, you can take out the stuffing from the belly. It is more tastier with extra juice from turkey inside !
